Usefull of Consume Water
Consume water regularly is also usefull to cleanse the body of toxins. However, many people often forget one part of the essential nutrients for the body.
Many people overlook the water consumption, when wake up in the morning. Consumption of water after wake up in the morning is highly recommended. Why consume water after wake up is so usefull?
During sleep body need more water to use, the body does not stop working during sleep. Metabolism of the cells continues to run and the water in the body help cells work. So, after six or eight hours of sleep, the body can experience water deficits, because in the process of cell metabolism will be no water is wasted.
That is why, to consume water after wake up in the morning is to replace lost body fluids. If not consume water after wake up, body mineral deficiencies can also be detrimental to health. Just one glass after you wake up, will be very beneficial for the body.
Not just after wake up, consume water was also suggested that doing the same thing before bed. No need to overdo it because excessive consumption of water can actually get to you because it triggers more frequent trips to the bathroom as well as a bad effect on the heart and kidney function.
Remember, do not forget and underestimate the benefits of water. However, you also need to selectively choose water for consumption. Drinking water should comply with health, but the body also needs water containing minerals so that body can move. Any wasted water, should be immediately replenished, including waking to replace lost body fluids.
70 percent of our body is water. Water in the body is used by the body organ that never stops working during sleep, including the brain, heart and kidneys. So after wake up, it is recommended to drink water.
