 Stress is a condition that occurs due to the pressure that exceeds the maximum capacity a person psychologically so that action becomes less healthy and controlled disruption of the body's metabolic system, causing various diseases.Stress experienced by many urban communities throughout the world today, because it is influenced by several factors such as the demands of work, family economics, sickness and so forth.Stress is easy going type of person to taste, lack of confidence, perfectionist and temperamental, with triggers such as physical load, dissatisfaction, loss, fear or failure, so that the effects of prolonged stress.To relieve stress, you can do way - as a way to cope with stress. 
1. Chewing Gum.Research in Australia and the UK found that when subjected to stress, chew gum for 10 minutes can reduce anxiety and lower levels of the hormone cortisol in saliva up to 18 percent.
 2. Drinking Black Tea.People who drink four cups of black tea a day for six weeks are known to cope with stress more quickly and have higher levels of the hormone cortisol, which is lower when subjected to stress, according to a study from University College London. Chemical compounds and antioxidants present in black tea can accommodate a person feels relaxed and calm the nerves of the brain. 
3. Massage.International Journal of Neuroscience reported that self-massage twice a week for 15 minutes can reduce stress and calm the nervous system. In fact, an easy way to move the tennis ball around the fingers are also able to provide the same effect with a massage. 
4. Write.Study in 2010 published in Anxiety, Stress, & Coping found that writing about things that make a depression for 20 minutes for two days can lower stress levels. Write down feelings on paper also helps us to overcome past bad feelings and negative emotions in yourself.
 5. Listening to Music.Music can increase positive emotions and lower levels of stress hormones. Research in the Journal of Advanced Nursing found that patients who listened to a song of their choice for 30 minutes, when it will face a quieter operation. Moving to the rhythm of the song adds to positive emotions and happiness triggers hormone production, namely endorphins. 
6. Avoid Technology.Research at the University of California, Irvine, and the U.S. Army researchers found that checking e-mails at any time capable of causing stress. So when you are feeling stressed, it helps reduce contact with technology or other handsets, for example checking emails, social networking, or more for at least 45 minutes. 
7. Cleaning the house.House cleaning habits can reduce the tension in the mind. People often quiet and easy to get distracted when doing repetitive habits such as sweeping, mopping, and others. This kind of activity is also effective to make the body calm.Although the existence of stress is a natural thing, but it should be addressed as early as possible, because if there is a possibility of prolonged stress will make a person become depressed and even can also lead to various diseases, such as obesity, even ulcer disease.
